As a team we have pioneered 100's of products and solutions generating strong growth and improved margins for our clients while developing the appropriate Intellectual Property strategy to protect these unique offerings. From soft goods through to complex engineered products, such as fall protection harnesses and lifting slings through to full ranges of Self Retracting Lifelines and Automatic Descenders, as well as bespoke machinery patented for development in product manufacturing. Genius # 3.0 Zoe

Zoe Deeley is our latest recruit but she is by no means new to our team, in fact Zoe successfully completed her Graphic Design Apprenticeship back in the CLS days and went on to graduate from the University of Christchurch with First Class Honours. Founder & Managing Partner

Oliver Auston leads the team with a creative flare for ideas, product and machine development, business strategy and positioning. He is able to take over 20 years of profound experience and intel in the industrial safety space; where he was the Managing Director for Checkmate Lifting & Safety, Chief Innovation Officer for Pure Safety Group/Guardian and the Chairman of Lifting Equipment Engineers Association and utilize it in a masterful and intuitive way to achieve successful strategic growth projects, add power to startups and assist in revitalizing existing businesses.
